Our program for athletes training to compete at the provincial, national, and international level. Structured practices focused on technique, live wrestling, strength & conditioning, mental fortitude and competition preparation.
10-month commitment — flexibility for summer vacation, injuries, or time off.
COMPETITION TEAM
We select a specific number of athletes for our competition team each year, based on their skill level, and potential for growth.
These athletes receive specialized coaching, training and support with the end goal to become high-level competitors.
We are actively recruiting for our 2026 competition team as shown in the roster below, but are always open to try-outs from passionate wrestlers of all levels.
